High Limit Racing is a new dirt track circuit founded by NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Larson and multi-time World of Outlaws champion Brad Sweet. The series is creating a “charter system” inspired by NASCAR, which is designed to provide long-term value to team owners. The initial 10 charters will be awarded over two seasons (2024-2025). The first five will go to the top five full-time teams in the 2024 year-end points championship. The next five will be awarded after the 2025 season to the highest finishing teams that didn’t already have a charter, based on their average year-end points totals from the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
