The decorated vehicle will blaze through Michigan International Speedway during the FireKeepers Casino 400 on Sunday, August 6.
The marketing director at Riviana Foods, Erica Larson, expresses excitement about showcasing the MINUTE Rice brand during this much-awaited race. She believes the pace-loving NASCAR fans and the fast-serving MINUTE Rice brand make the perfect pairing. Partnering with the No. 47 Kroger Racing team gives MINUTE Rice an adrenaline-fueled platform to reach potential consumers.
The partnership with Kroger Racing puts MINUTE Rice in front of millions of devoted NASCAR fans. Furthermore, the increased media attention towards the driver, already guaranteed a spot in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, amplifies the brand’s visibility. The kick-off is set for Darlington Raceway on Sunday, September 3.
Stenhouse Jr. is determined, “Being locked in, we can focus on executing our strategies and aiming for higher than expected finishes. That’s our objective for the Playoffs. Regardless of our car’s handling, we aim to maximize our performance during the race.”
Stenhouse Jr., a proven contender with solid runs in the championship, remains confident in his team’s prospects. “We need to stay fast, eliminate mistakes, and maintain our momentum leading up to the Playoffs,” he adds.
Despite the upcoming Playoffs, Stenhouse Jr. understands there is more work to do, especially as he approaches the Michigan International Speedway, where his best finish is 8th place. Reflecting on previous races, he notes, “We’ve got some work to do on our two-mile program. We hope to implement lessons learned from Pocono (Raceway) to enhance our performance at Michigan.”
